Flatulence
- Flatulence
- Upright: In the immortal words of Benjamin Franklin: ``Fart
proudly.'' If you think it's funny, run with it, propriety be
damned.
Reversed: As I'm sure Bennie boy would have continued: ``...but
be careful not to soil yourself.'' Good humor, like a good fart,
is a spontaneous and joyous thing. A good, offensive joke may smell
for a while, but the odor will leave presently and you will be none the
worse for wear. If you force an offensive joke into existence, though,
you run the risk of a more tangible and lingering stink.
