Saint Joao
It has been suggested by someone who might know (he's got an ñ in his
last name and everything) that ``Joao'' is the Portuguese version of ``John,''
since the celebration for Saint John the Baptist (San Joao el Batistausito, I
suppose) just went by.
So, on the day of celebration for the Saint in charge of bringing people into
the Christian
faith,
people were laughing and pummelling their leader with the Elemental Weapon of
Silliness and Erisian Enlightenment. This should come as a surprise to no one,
as
Christianity is really Discordianism,
anyway.
